Blair has extensive experience in both private and public sectors. He launched his career working on finance teams in New York at Big Four Accountancy firms KPMG and Ernst & Young. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Business, with a concentration in Marketing, from Colorado State University, Blair went on to get his MBA from St. Thomas Aquinas College in New York where he graduated with honors.
